The racing been really close, one of the best mods I've played using rFactor. Had some mega online races!

I Love those cars! Now I wish I had a good enough PC to get rFactor.

I made a thread asking a question about rFactor the other week, but there was no response.

Where do you get the mods from?

Dutton, visit http://www.rfactorcentral.com

It's a new site and while it doesn't list everything that is available over at Race Sim Central it is far more organised and lists all the major tracks and mods you'll want. RFC recently added hosted downloads too.

Alternatively, try http://www.rtracker.org if you're familiar with how BitTorrent works

Anyone else tried the VW Lupos yet? Close racing at its best.

Have to agree, this is one of the best rfactor mods so far, but still only a very close second to the Superkart Challange mod I think.

Anyone heard about the clampdown on converted tracks without permission at certian sites?

Luckilly there seems to be some top quality scratch built tracks on there way.

Virtua LM are building a new version of Le Mans 72-86 (?), a new Bathurst and I believe the Nordschleife are also coming from other modders.

Converted tracks are great but to be honest we need new, modern builds of tracks to compliment the fantastic looking cars.
