There seems to be hope for BAR afterall. In this months issue of F1 magazine there is a blurb stating that BAR believes they can find 1.5 a lap in their chassis! The problem is said to be with lack of downforce and the teams engineers are saying that there is more to this chassis than meets the eye. Once back testing in Europe the team believe that they will cure the lack of downforce being produced both by the aero package and the chassis.
This is encouraging news for BAR fans lets just hope they are not talking out of their arses. 1.5 seconds a lap is massive but if this is true wow! We may just see soething special from BAR (fingers crossed JV) this year afterall. |

1.5 seconds...well if Ferrari will stop research...lol...they will never find 1.5 seconds in the chassis this season. Maybe they will know where their problems are, but they must buy a totally new car to really find 1.5 seconds.
