f1freak should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Fantasy Tracks...

I decided to make a thread about Fantasy Tracks...

Whenever there'll be an update, I'll tell everyone here...

Also, this could be a good place to discuss some of the circuits on the website ...

So... I've finally gotten around to updating Fantasy Tracks... It's been almost a month ...

There are 10 new circuits, 6 edits and 4 fantasy tracks...

One of which is Djerba International Raceway by tr ...

I can honestly say that I like all 4 of the new fantasy tracks... what do you all think???...

i like the moscow track but id be tempted to just use a track from project gotham racing 2 on xbox as that as real streets infact that track uses part of what project uses.
also the oulton park edit is a big NO NO.

About that Moscow track; it looks good, but if I remember correctly the course is going to be near the university, not in the middle of Moscow.

Sorry Conrad, but technically this is website promotion, so I've moved it to the specific area for this, 'Cool Sites'.
I know it is related to My Tracks, but rules are rules...

See the section of the FAQ here

Hmm... Well, I understand that rules are indeed rules and this may be site promotion. However, whenever I updated Fantasy Tracks, I always posted in the My Tracks thread that I had made an update, and a discussion about the circuits was created...

So, technically what I'm doing is posting a few circuits on the site to discuss at My Tracks. I believe that there should be another way around this. So what should I do to discuss new tracks on FT???... I'm not going to make 10 new threads in My Tracks Forum???...

I'm not angry or anything, just curious...

EDIT: A thought just came to my mind. FT is my site. However, what if someone else were to say "Hey, Fantasy Tracks has an update, what do you all think of the new tracks???"???...

The bottom line is that the rule against self-advertisement of our own sites is strictly applied at Tenths. There is nothing wrong with starting a thread in My Tracks and then linking to illustrations hosted on your own site. What you can't do is to launch a thread which appears to have the purpose of immediately taking the reader away from Tenths to your own site. The former is using your site for illustration purposes and is fine. The latter is promoting your site or the contents thereof, which is a no-no. I realise its a very fine line and all of us with sites probably stray across it from time to time.... Both pirenzo and I appreciate that you weren't setting out to break the rules or gain advantage though......

That track you show in Groningen is on the ring you say. Isn't that ring notorious for speedcameras?
