simon c should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Lister LMP

Via DSC, Laurence Pearce is asking for pay drivers to support his professional (Tom Coronel??) in LMES.

those that are connected or have worked in the industry - one question: how much will it cost?

I thought John Nielsen had taken over the Lister? Or is Laurence Pearce going to build a second car for Coronel and a pay-driver?

I have to say i agree. This car showed potential last autumn at the Le Mans 1000km, but has moved backwards this year due to lack of proper funding. I would love to see this car properly developed as i think it has huge potential, but if things carry on at Lister as they have done this year, then there is more chance of Elvis Presley landing a spaceship on the Loch Ness Monsters back as this car achieving what it is capable of. And that is a huge shame.

It looks as if the Nielsen deal must have only been for Le Mans- according to the DSC piece Simon mentioned, they're looking for a second funded professional driver for Nurburgring, to share the car with the driver they already have lined up- the DSC piece didn't mention Coronel by name....

Talking to a Lister Pit Crew Memeber recently, he reliabley informed me that Nielsen would be racing one car while a second car was anticipated to be run alongside(works). Like everything in motorsport at the moment - if funds are available.
