Any help appreciated.

first thing to check is if the money has been "taken"..
normally I wouldn't be worried .. but it doesn't hurt to ask at Billetterie <ticket@lemans.org> .. with your order number and all
i'm waiting for the tickets too

If your credit card has not been debited by now I would presumme that you have not got any tickets yet, have a look at reply you got from the ACO carefully although it may be in french most should be understandable including the name of the campsite, however it may have asked for confirmation that what they offered was OK and therefore as you did not reply they have taken no action.

However all is not lost yet, if you have not got anywhere then do not worry, camping tickets are still widely available on e Bay, at ticket agencies or at the tourist office in Le Mans, if you speak to Nadine she will be able to help you in English. Race tickets are no problem as you can get them at anu enterance there is no limit on the numbers at Le mans.

the number for the tourist office is somewhere on a previous entry but if you need it send me a private message.

Don't worry it is never to late and if you need any help just ask.

Thanks for the help,
Ive checked my account and the money has been taken off, and my order history says:
'Handling in progress – disp. :100%'
It was ordered on the 12th of March,

Im just a bit nervousas to whether I still have something to do regarding the order as I havent done it before or will I just recieve my tickets closer to the race time,

Oh yeah this is the main piece of text on the 'confirmation email I got:

'Vous venez de valider une commande sur ticket3.lemans.org, permettez moi de vous remercier de la confiance que vous nous témoignez !
En retour, soyez assuré que toute notre équipe a pour seul objectif de vous servir au mieux et dans les meilleurs délais.'

French was never one of my better qualities and I'm not sure about the google translation,

Thanks again.

If you've been charged, your order has been processed and your tickets will be delivered by a man in a brown van any time between now and the end of May. The text simply confirms that you have successfully made an online ticket reservation, thanks you for doing so etc. etc.

Oh, and welcome to 10Tenths!

Well it looks like you are all set for your first visit to Le Mans, Killinattor.

If you need anything else someone here will always be able to help, on many people's first visit it is very difficult to know what to do during your stay, but with a little knowledge of where to go, how to get there and when to be there the experience will be something you will never forget, and like most of the others in this forum you will be hooked.

Welcome to the forum

Absolutely! I first went 4 yrs ago and got totally soaked and extremely tired (I work in hospitality at Le Mans) and said never again! As I say that was four years ago and I've been every year since!
It is a disease. of the best kind.

And you only really know how bad you've got it when you miss a year!
I started going back again in 2000 after a layoff for 10 years, then I missed 2004 for some reason and was like a bear with a sore head all weekend, the missus said, "that's it you're going next year I can't put up with this" and haven't missed it since

Knnow what you mean guys, I've been every year since 1999 with the exception of 2007. The not unreasonable excuse then was that I had leukaemia and was seriously ill in hospital. However I think my family and friends will confirm that I was more ****ed off about missing Le Mans than the life-threatening illness!

This pales in comparison to AllonFS, but I have torn the ligaments in my knee (ACL and miniscus) this year and have postponed reconstructive surgery until July! I'll be there in June!!
