He's still too condescending for me - the way he addresses the viewers and the way he addresses senior figures in the paddock (and Patrick Head probably agrees)

I'd rather Rider back, or even Grim Jim. The BBC just don't have many good sports presenters anymore. Most are young and don't have much of a personality or presence/gravitas. And the Beeb in general is too dumbed down - Humphrey personifies that for me, hence why I don't like him
