Also, note that the timing is very wide. If you scroll to the right (use the arrow keys or the scroll bar at the bottom) you get more data (including best lap and pits).

I had to look very hard for the lateral scroll bar, it only appears if you move the inner vertical one.

Car 7 now with Kobayashi at the wheel seems to run different, slower setup than #8, otherwise he could go quicker than Alonso for sure.

Their performance is known from last year. So if they can do a 3:18 it's not a surprise to anyone imo. Let's see if they or anyone else even try that hard.

Rebellion #3 with a sector 1 time of 30,968s, better than the best of 31,171s from Lapierre last year.

Edit: Kobayashi did a 31,161s during the 2017 test, the 31,171s is from qualifying.

Rebellion pitted after two purple sectors. No doubt some sand like building equipment needs loaded in!

Rebellion could go below 3:20, but they always slow down in sector 3 in the recent laps.

Using the best sectors, the current Rebellion best possible lap is a 3:20.140. Plenty of time to be found I imagine.
