That wasn't nearly as bad as it looked though, all good.

Really surprised to see Porsche having this much issues. Unfixable hybrid problems after just 15 minutes, and the #1 seems to have a very substantial issue as well.

I'm surprised that the Porsche with the hybrid problems has not even had an attempt at being fixed. It was diagnosed and dismissed as unfixable very quickly. I wonder if they've seen that in testing.

Yes I think the #1 and #7 drivers will put together a smarter and more intelligent race over 6-24 hours. Nakajima at Silverstone will tell you this (*sorry Kaz, I can't get over Silverstone....)

But the #5 car satisfies my own opinion of what a lineup based on speed alone should look like. I guess other matters such as consistency etc are what give wins over 6 and 24 hours.

I think if the track cools down, #8 Audi will close up on the lead Toyota, but otherwise, Toyota in control.

Audi used 1 less set of tyres in qualifying. They did a double stint in qualifying.
