cg7aa should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Isle of Man 2023

Hi,

I'll be going to the TT races for the first time this year, any hints and tips in terms of free viewing areas and general etiquette will be greatly appreciated. I have a number of vantage points in mind like the mountain section for example. What sort of time does one have to be trackside to get a good spot for example?

I'll be there from this Friday (2nd June) to Sunday (4th June) only.

Thanks

I presume once you're in place and the roads close for action, you're pretty much stuck where you're until the roads open again at the end of the day?

I heard once that there were shuttles running between pubs and I'll keep the faith that it's true; bucket list item for me.

In looking at the course map, it appears you can get around the circuit either inside or outside of it once closed:

You might even be able to cross over. I know there's a bridge they go over getting into one of the towns? Kirk Michael?

I've never been to the event, let alone the island. I'm just now interested in this thread

Thanks for your inputs, much appreciated. I posted in the bike forum asking the same question and somebody was kind enough to post some helpful links. Do have a look.
