Drivers that need a better team and drivers that need a
sack,my pick is Dale Jr for a better team and Kevin Harvick who needs a smack.

Jr. needs a better team? not sure about that...has a pretty darn good one now, but I'll agree with the Happy smack...but I know Rosie won't be the one smacking him unless it's the 'other' type of smack. *G*

T. Labs could use a better team since all the $$$ is dumped into the #24 team from Hendrick & Chevy.

They are slowly develping into becoming a one of the best teams out their on the track, and they managed to do this despite losing one of their integral members. Although I say replace Waltrip with a better driver. In the mean time Gordon can win a few more championships and that will be fine by me.  .

Well Terry LaBonte definatly needs a better team. Mike Wallace needs a good ride after the unprofessional way penske screwed him last year! Robert Pressley also comes to mind.
