Only a few days older than me. Thinking of you, Al. Those kind of things shouldn't happen to anyone.

It must be a bad day for you Al, it makes me realise my problems of today are unimportant.

Sad to hear Al. Anniversaries are so sharply hurtful but they perhaps absorb some of the pain from the rest of the year.

Hey Al - was driving through your part of the world earlier this evening (well monday evening) Northwood/Watford/South Oxhey way. Thought about giving you a call to see if your kettle worked but thought it probably wasn't a great time for entertaining.
My thoughts are with you - my greatest concern with my line of work is that my parents may one day have to attend my last church visit. Some people never have the luck to have a son to love. You've got 18 years of his life to remember, and he'll always be with you in those memories. I know the rest of your family will be sharing your thoughts right now - it was a brilliant sight at Brands in may to see your daughters, partners and offspring coming along to support and help out. |

Al, I'm so sorry to have missed this yesterday, but better late than never.
It's a terrible thing to lose a child - I speak from experience here - and my thoughts are with you. Hope you are feeling a little more chirpy today? Sheila |
