Well, today's race, Michael also showed that he has racing dicipline, strategic abilities, and overtaking abilities second to none!

That's the only spark from an otherwise disappointing result at Hockenheim.

By the way "disappointing result" directed at Ferrari as they could have finished massively better without the blowout. Not disappointing as a whole...Williams/BMW/Michelin/JPM did great for the deserving and fitting win. I believe Damon misunderstood...

Oh yeah...driver of the race by far... together with JPM. Any problems?

Or perhaps just pushing the limits of the tyre too far?

Or a result of driving off the track to overtake. The kerbs are there for a reason you know! Besides, how many people did MS actually overtake? Just Trulli? Even DC did more than that, and his tyres were fine.

Last check, DC ain't using Bridgestones...in fact, besides Michael, no one in the top 6 used Bridgestone, and Bridgestone honourably managed to have all their finishing cars wrap up the end of the finishing field... And i don't remember Michael hitting much of the kerb while overtaking Trulli. In fact, he seem to make it a point to avoid hitting the kerbs.

Just like i guess it's asking too much to even hear some praises about a gutsy move from you?

I was making the point that the kerbs signify the boundaries of the track (well, in theory) and so by MS going beyond them he could have picked up some rubbish or something (as Brundle suggested) which may have contributed to the tyre failure.

Thats a possibility but as Ron pointed out I wouldnt rule out the fact that the tyres just couldnt take any more, it was a very long final stint on hevy fuel, mostly in turbulent air (from trulli) and it was bloody hot too!

How about DC's move on round the outside of Webber? He didn't need to go off the track to do it

Was that really a fair pass though by TGF on Trulli? Once he had committed to the outside, I don't think he had any intention of staying within the confines of the race track. Trulli made it too easy for him to come back onto the track, he should've done the same to TGF as he did to DC when he tried it.

Maybe so, but he learnt his lesson when DC tried it.

MS showed evryone he was the brave one the master, as DC in what is comparable machinery did the same thing and couldn't pull it off
that's eating pie.
now who things Todt is going to beat the **** out of the bridgestone engineers? the tire has really turned out to be **** ahsn't it?

Schumi couldv'e done very well, had that tire more grip, and of course the last puncture...
He was the highest BS. man They are angry red at Ferrari today, and not cause of the paint.
