DHH doesn't stand a chance against the Gold and Platinum drivers, he's a 'reversed' sneaky Silver.

Vettel and Button would tie in nicely with WEC's strive for more big names (like the Hertz-Brady pairing).

I agree, but there is no place for silver prototype drivers to be in WEC anymore. If he has money to do it then I can see that happening.

Only Silvers who can expect a decent seat are kids coming up with money and lower pay rates, and maybe the first couple years someone is downgraded to Silver MAYBE. But the rest, well IMSA kept LMP2 for a reason

Illot will be fun to watch!
I don’t want to sound cruel to the Jota drivers, but the line-up isn’t shaping up as spectacularly as had been previously rumoured.
Not that they’re bad drivers by any stretch, I’m always glad to see LMP2 drivers given a chance to step-up, and Illot is a potential superstar.
But considering the rumours, this isn’t the star powered line-up people would’ve been expecting/hoping for.

Illot Nato and Stevens is a strong line up but the other car is clearly a bring a budget entry.

Off-topic but it's interesting to see Ford is going all-in with the Mustang (GT3/GT4/NASCAR/Supercars/single make series) in contrast to Chevrolet who's ceasing producting of the Camaro.
