There were some plans of WTCC race in mid 2000s, but there was no track.

Now there are those one or two modern Grade 2 level tracks in planning/construction phase, so maybe in future.

^ Needs to be corrected though that it's not Bellof but Jochen Mass, still 1985 though.

That Portimao testing was actually done last December so 75% of the videos (assuming it's four parter and last one is more recent) produced for that mini-series were filmed last year... not to mention they focused more on the end of his F1 career. Not that this should be surprising considering it's Red Bull production
