GP2 Two Worlds Prediction Competition - Round 5 RESULTS

After the Montecarlo race carnage, the results of the Round 5 of GP2 Two Worlds Prediction Competition followed the same way and rewarded a short quantity of points. Just see the results to confirm this:

Results of the Weekend - GP2 Round # 3 Montecarlo (21/05/2005)

Poleman = Heikki Kovalainen

Race
Winner = Adam Carroll
2nd place = GianmarÃ*a Bruni
3rd place = Nico Rosberg
4th place = Scott Speed
5th place = Heikki Kovalainen
6th place = Matthias Lauda
7th place = Can Artam
8th place = Sergio Hernández
Fastest lap = Heikki Kovalainen

Results of the GP2 Two Worlds Prediction Competition - Round # 5 Montecarlo (21/05/2005)

1 - 6 points = Cuervitti (TF), Mekola (CO), norberto (TF), StickShift (TT)
5 - 5 points = chunterer (TT), Daisy (TT), DanFlag (TT), falcon221sprint (LT), jald (TF), jofe (TF), McKormick (TF), Mustafá Aibalababa (VT), Patubela (VT), SALEEN S7R (TT), Sammyed (VT), THE SUNDANCE KID (LT)
17 - 4 points = bruguera (CO), ChS (LT), Ethan (VT), flexible-flyer (TT), Fran_A90 (TT), patorlando (LT), PBE600 (CO), Rx-B (VT)
25 - 3 points = bleiben (TT), ChevroPablo (LT), Cucho (LT), FOROCHO (LT), joaquin (CO), SmarT (LT)
31 - 0 points = foreversideways (TT) (You just put Kovalainen in your prediction, but don't defined if it was for race winner, poleman or fastest lap scorer, therefore you didn't fill the structure of predictions.)

Four (Cuervitti, norberto, StickShift and me) were the ones who did the best scores of this round. Congratulations! There are many mentions: for flexible-flyer, the sole who posted the correct winner, for SALEEN S7R, who picked best the three podium finishers -two in top three-, and for the concursants of TheF1.com Actuality Forum, who did -after all- a nice job for this round.

Current Standings of the Competition after 5th round (Montecarlo - 21/05/2005)

1 - 32 points = flexible-flyer (TT)
2 - 31 points = Daisy (TT)

4 - 29 points = Mekola (CO)

10 - 23 points = PBE600 (CO), SmarT (LT)
12 - 22 points = Ethan (VT), SALEEN S7R (TT)
14 - 21 points = bleiben (TT), ChevroPablo (LT), falcon221sprint (LT), Patubela (VT), Sammyed (VT)
19 - 17 points = BootsOntheSide (TT), bruguera (CO), ChS (LT), THE SUNDANCE KID (LT)
23 - 16 points = miguel el formulero (TF)
24 - 15 points = jofe (TF), patorlando (LT), Rx-B (VT)

41 - 4 points = Fran_A90 (TT)
42 - 3 points = joaquin (CO), venezuelangirl (TT)
44 - 0 points = foreversideways (TT)

The lead remains the same, but the leader flexible-flyer is only one point over Daisy, and DEADDUCK forgot to enter this round and fell from 3rd to 8th. Cuervitti is next 3rd and best of the Spanish-speaking forums, close followed by me.

weird i only got 1 right - the winner! at leats im still in the lead and as a team, ten-tenths still holding strong.

my nurburgring predicitions have one or two missing who would usually be up there. i feel i have make a bold prediction if i am to have any chance of keeping the lead!

5 points, not a bad result for Monaco!

I have a question btw, I'm going on holiday at the end of june, can I send my predicitions for France and the UK in advance by Privat Message, e-mail, or something like that?

Hmm not a bad result for me, 5 points is always good. Nice to be up there in the overall order too. Great to see ten-tenths continuing to extend its championship lead too.
