Actually, the rear, as well as some other detail, was clearly inspired by 250 P5 Berlinetta Pininfarina Speciale concept car from 1968.

On the occasion of the Ferrari World Finals 2021, at the Mugello circuit, Quattroroute had the opportunity to interview Antonello Coletta:

The project is almost finished, we plan to start assembling the first prototypes around January-February, to be ready on the track in June for the first tests. Then we will have these six very tense months to look for reliability, performance and to understand if there will be, or not, things to correct. Thanks for posting this, I did not expect them to be so forthcoming with the details of the program. Sounds like they are targeting a 2023 Sebring debut. I gotta find a way to get there!

Great to hear some more news. Having waited for this for so long, I'm not sure at what point this is going to 'feel real'. But for sure seeing and hearing the car go around Fiorano will be amazing.

Don't know... that looks like the result of a passionate night of a corvette dp with a sf90 stradale. Evidently the ferrari guy who makes renders ignores that michelin is the only mandatory supplier...

We know one thing for certain, it'll be red. I hope they go with the black like their f1 car, would be a little different than Toyota and Glick having predominantly red and white.

They've gone radical in a few areas. Will it pay off? Ferrari have been a great part of Le Mans, so it will be great to see them try this out
