Are they refering to a new Lola Coupe LMP1 , or a completely new design ?

See pics of Nurburgring paddock arrivals @

Its a second car, same as the first car (as expected for some time) - unless they've something else in the truck!

I think it's just their second car, so they'll run two cars next year.

I'm not sure if Charouz own both cars outright, AMR have a stake, or whatever.

Interesting enough has Nicolas Kiesa been racing for Charouz in latest race in the Czech Circuit Championship, in a AMG Mercedes C-Class DTM car, together with Peter Kox.

Both very able sportscardrivers, and rumour has it that Kiesa will try to strike a deal with Charouz for next year, also considering LMP1.

In the other Charouz DTM car was Tomas Enge and Peter Mücke. Can you see a pattern

I have just recieved word, that the Farnbacher Porsche 997 GT3 RS with Lars-Erik Nielsen and Allan Simonsen has recieved the latest 4 liter engine. He has been testing with it, and he is therougly impressed with the new engine, feels it is very strong.

Both Lucchini's are here but are currently being put back in the truck. Pit boxes and hospitality units are cleared...both cars will not race.

Down to 47 entries.

And the JWA Aston Martin is also not here...

46 entries.

Are there any images of the "new" Lucchini available - is it substantively different to its predecessor?

Disappointed, but utterly unsurprised, by their not running...

Sorry Tom, but this GT2 program is a joke..!

I would have loved to hear it rumble around, but JWA seems to be in over their head. With little or no support from Prodrive..

Well seen as it was only delivered the other day, and then to get it ready to race and then transport it to Germany and as far as I am aware the only confirmed driver was Alan van der Merwe.

Bit hard to pull off really.

Only delivered the other day?

It was supposed to race in Barcelona, with Alan van der Merwe and Michael Outzen. Where the engine grenaded, was Prodrive not supposed to deliver a car which actually works?

The car that was delivered the other day was James's own chassis (003) and the one used in Barcelona was a AMR/Prodrive development chassis.

Interesting to see Pescarolo currently on top in the Technoparc battle, and really encouraging pace from the #15 Creation.
