If this pace holds out, could Audi actually have the edge for once, namely equaling the Pugs' pace, but getting better fuel mileage? |

End of second practice...
The 908s are back in the lead, but gaps with the Audis(especially the one from McNish/Capello)are really reduced... Lola Aston Charouz was the fastest of the rest, in front of both Orecas, the Porsche LMP2s and the Pescarolos... Can't wait for tomorrow last free practice and the qualifying session(we should go under Sarrazin's time of 1'40"700 if track dry) |

The Virgo Ferrari caught fire during the second practice when Rob Bell was onboard.

The F430 seems to be very prone to fire's in the engine compartment.

It seems that the 4 liter Porsche 997 GT3 RSR has the edge within the Porsches, but still not the final overtake on the F430 ?

Prémat puts the Audi in second position at 1"300 of Lamy just in front of Gené(+1"700)...
Really interesting last free practice Best of the rest in LMP1 is the Lola Aston in front of an Oreca and a Creation AIM... Most interesting are the LMP2s...A Porsche is 6th overall, but behind are a Zytek and two Lolas(instead of the other Porsches) Can't wait for the qualifying practice this afternoon |
