Source for high flow injectors - 500cc/min

am looking for a set of 6 fuel injectors that can flow around 500cc/min at 5 Bar - that equates to about 400cc/min at 3 Bar.....they must be of the high impedence variety......or if anyone has a second-hand set kicking around let me know

yup - classic marelli or Bosch shape - in the steel housing, with the plastic coloured end which contains the electrical connector and fuel supply- as used on most engines - like the Cosworth YB

The Bosch BLUE 437 cc/min injector model #0 280 150 400 will flow 505 cc/min at 4 bar. The dark green and light green injectors wil not flow enough, even at 5 bar. The Bosch GREY 503 cc/min injector model #0 280 150 403 will flow 503 cc at 3 bar. I know there are other makes, but if you are going to use Bosch you have a choice of blues or greys. The blues you may find second hand from someone upgrading to greys, and they come assembled new (unlike the greys which you have to put together yourself).

thanks for the info Pheonix - but I think those injectors you quoted - as used by YB tuners - are low impedence.

just wire them through a resister, thats all i did on my car, which has used both low resitance cossie ones and laterly some huge 600cc ones imported from the USA, big injectors are cheap from the state, mine cost a fraction over £300, with VAT carrage etc etc included for 4, in the uk you would struggle to get 3 for that money
