sportscar racing documentaries

Can any of you tell me if these two are worth buying:

"Red Mist Stuff" about '80s American IMSA racing, feat. Brian Redman
"Mountain Heroes" about the 1965 Targa Florio

Are they any good?

Red Mist Stuff is brilliant.

Its in two parts:

Mosport 1983 - Group 44 XJR5, behind the scenes at the race. Great footage too - Red Lobster March. Mmmmmmm very nice!

Mosport 1981 - Lola T600, Brian Redman with a fantastic insight. Superb in car footage and watch those 935s fly as the wick is wound up. Hans Stuck interview (we're not worth Hans!)

I've got (as I'm sure many others have) the In-Car 956 video with in car laps with Derek Bell over many great circuits (Spa, Le Mans, Nordschleife, Fuji, Kyalami(?)), before the FIA killed Group C.

Would love to get the GT one, too, but I've not seen it recently - Features McLaren F1s, Marcos GTs, Ferrari F40s, etc from the heyday of the BPR, before the FIA killed GTs... (Anyone see a common theme appearing?).

Cheers.

Watch eBay. I bought the GT video a month or so ago for £4.99.

Well, the one I mentioned is called "Sports In-Car Experience", and was released by Duke. The catalogue number is DM3538.

This one:

No info unfortunately, but sounds like something I should have. Cybersdorf, I asume you have 'The Speed Merchants', yes? I really enjoy watching that from time to time.

Yes I have that, amazing footage, and almost brutal in its authenticity.
