If the evidence was sourced from a random Google drive link, the provenance and legitimacy of the content would a valid point. One argument as to why the legitimacy has not been challenged is that it might be real because if so, at least one party (claimaint) could provide evidence that it is not fake. So claiming it is fake when it is not is a risky proposition.

I suspect many of those who are quick to say it is (or might be fake) may not have actually looked at it. And it might yet be fake. I do respect those who have no desire to look at it on principle.

At the end of the day, this will likely follow the classic situation of... It's not the act itself that gets you in trouble, but the coverup. If all of this is accurate, and if this information was provided to Red Bull, IMHO it clearly is inappropriate behavior and Horner should have faced some type of disciplinary action. While Horner may end up being forced out, I think it is Red Bull who takes the bigger hit given how it was handled.

Agreed. I understand not wanting to see the contents - completely fair. But there is nothing in the contents which has a red flag suggesting its fake.

And it does look like this might actually be worse because of the leak.

they could be all be real pictures tho....but just not his junk and someone could have easily mocked up all of those whatsapp screenshots, added pics, made up dialogue etc.

dont really need much technology to do that and there would be no telltale AI markers in the photos.

but if it wasnt a picture of his own junk (presumably because he knows what his own junk looks like), then surely CH would be saying the leaks are all fakes rather than just denying the allegations?

anyways, not the pole they should be talking about anyways!

If im understanding this correctly, the dutch media said there was inappropriate photos. RB found him innocent. CH said he'd take legal action against the dutch media. Someone leaked the data. Turns out dutch media were right. CH goes quiet.

I mean, it hardly looks good does it? In any job I've worked in, sending photos of my crotch would be a sackable offence.

Given the success that Max has had with the team built & run by CH, can’t imagine why Jos wants a change, unless it’s some kind of ego thing - maybe CH told Jos to get back in his box at some point?

A little while ago, maybe a year or so, Horner banned Verstappen Snr from the pit/garage area simply because he was trying to throw his weight around and generally interfering with the smooth running of the team.
