Tony Sugden
Just heard the sad news of Tony's passing. Although becoming frailer in the last year or so he was a regular attender at CSCC meets - I shared a Safety Car with him only a couple of years ago and he was a good companion and certainly could drive!
A very long history in racing in all manner of machinery, the "Skoda" perhaps being the most memorable. I'm sure many will have memories of this fine gentleman..... |

Oh, how sad - I also have regularly encountered him at CSCC meetings . I last saw him when I was stewarding a CSCC Cadwell in Autumn '22 . His health had visibly declined since my last meeting .
He was a lovely man ,and his legacy for me will always be the sight and sound of that ballistically fast Skoda at Croft. |

Very sad, met him a few times in my time-keeping days whilst he was on safety car duties. A very impressive driver then and in his racing days.
