Welcome to the forum Montya33.
You may notice we have several different subforums that deal with different types of motorsport. I believe you'll find your post best befits the NASCAR sub-forum we have way down the bottom there. You may already be reading this from there as your thread will probably be moved soon. (Plus posting in an F1 forum that you hope Montoya will win is pretty much gonna give you the answer you want, since the majority won't know any other drivers!) |

Too close to determine at the moment, really depends on which team has the COT sorted out, and at the moment it seems like Hendrick Motorsports have been working on the COT more than anyone else, so I'll have to go with someone from Hendrick, probably Jimmie Johnson or Jeff Gordon.

Well I hope it will be Montoya. However, this is more than a little unlikely!
Ganassi ain't the best NASCAR team by far I'm afraid. And Montoya has to learn the ropes for a while yet. I think he'll have a strong year though. So, with that possibility exhausted, I hope Dale Jr. does it. |

i dont think its gonna take Montoya long to get to the front of nascar. that said, i believe Jeff Gordon is one of the finest racing drivers ever. ill go with Jeff.

I hope Tony Stewart
Montoya could be happy if he finishes between 15th and 20th position. |

I think Kevin Harvick will do it, I want Carl Edwards to win though, though I don't mind Harvick, we'll see how close we are in a years time..

Id say Carl Edwards has a good chance. Im not familliar with most drivers, but thanks to NASCAR 06, I have a rough idea of the front runners...

well i'll be looking to learn about the series as much as keeping up my interest in how JPM does.
What I have worked out is that Jeff Gordon now has several drivers challenging him as the top man, like Tony Stewart, Casey Kahne, and what's happening with Kurt Busch is he still a contender? |

I would love to see how Ambrose will do at the road courses, I remember him saying that the Stock Cars were similar to the V8's. So he should do well.

Kasey Kahne, IMO, was the most improved driver last year. However, my pick to win in 2007 would be Jeff Gordon who I think is the best driver in Nascar.

This is the nice thing about Nascar, it is very hard to predict who's going to be champ, but I hope it is going to be the 24.
