Busch vs Spencer Round 4?or 5?
What if anything do you think NASCAR should do to stop the ongoing antics of these two (especially Spencer). This conflict has gone on way to long! They sat Harvick out for his actions. Maybe these two should get the same?

It was pretty obvious that Spencer's punting wasn't accidental so I assume that NASCAR will talk to him about his actions. At any rate, I had to laugh at Kurt's "kiss my arse" hand jesture.

Kurt definatly has some guts doing that on live TV- It certainly gave me a giggle.

I personally thought Mikey Waltrip's explanation of Kurt's antics were right on. He said that it was Kurt telling the Nascar brass in the tower (when he was pointing up) to put Jimmy in the rear of the field (when he slapped his butt).

According to the Official NASCAR Rule Book, Rule 12-4-A, "actions deemed as detrimental to stock car racing", NASCAR should be fined and put on probation.
