The Worlds WORST Commentary

I amy be alone on this thought but I don't think so. The new commentary on 10 is absoulty bloody awful. Matt White should go back to do Sports Tonight and finish his Tim Webster Apprenticship. What are you thoughts

seriously ten

Remember when Tim Webster said how stupid car racing is?
This must be channel seriously's policy, to make car racing look stupid by hiring the biggest dills that they can find.

Perhaps we could run a tipping contest on the number of times Matthew White says "Hell" during a race meeting.

There was talk of Diffey going overseas again. Has he? We need him back! The rest of them have no idea.

Diffey did the CART race call the other night. The only thing he should call is Bingo.

Diffey is hopless as the rest of them on ten. It seems that White has taken lessons from Diffey on how to yell at the auidence.

I certainly don't like any of them. Most have little idea of what is actually happening on the track. At least when Crompo was in the box there was some knowledge up there about the sport.

Matthew White was bloody annoying. He is not commentary material.

Compared to all of them, Diffey sounds sensational, though he can get too excited and screw up, but that's just like the best of them.

And people complained about Eastlake at the OzGP?!?!?

I think they confuse noise with knowledge. It is not helped by being aimed at the lowest common denominator. The problem for us is, this does not include us. As evidenced by spending time on a motorsport forum.

The constant babble about the heat and the fastest corner in Australian motorsport was as boring as the frequently rotating same 5 advertisements that were shown during the commercial breaks.

The best commentator of the weekend was Crompton, and he wasn't even meant to be there.

I was at the track in G.Admission and found the race boring (on Sunday) so I went to the in field areas and the Army display was the best thing there (besides nations Cup of course)

The Lambo was put in the truck IMMEDIATELY baring any photo ops - bugger. Missed the Bowe Ferrari too.

But got to hold all manor of heavy and light Squad support weapons, rocket launchers, try night vision in a dark tent with targets and stuff. Wicked.

The V8 race was absolute horse-sheite boring!

F3's were Mega though.

We should dump this V8 farce and bring back the Le Mans cars, release the Vipers without their restrictors, reveal their 853Nm at 3500rpm and 650+hp at 6700, and show these stripped out taxi's, what real lap time are.

A Ford or Holden will never do 225mph no matter how much our perochial-ness may want it to.

The Mickey-mouse short track is for losers too, give us a decent track. It's all that bloody Cochrane's fault

This'll get a laugh, but how about the old Seven team? Mike Raymond, Mark Oastler, Richard Hay, Garry Wilkinson... No, not bloody Moffatt...

I didn't hear channel 10's commentary, but Barry Oliver's was the worst I have heard for a long time.
All the info in front of him and he still can not get it right or on time.

Ah... The ALMS... Oh how I wish I was in the US of A for that. Then again, I've been kept awake by the sounds of engines reverberating around the countryside of the French track.

And what was that about Mickey Mouse short tracks? How's 13+ kays suit you? But on the Adelaide situation, I think you have a certain issue called 'politics' to blame for the 'Race of a Thousand Years' being scrapped after year one. Oh, and bring back the old, full-length GP track...

I must admit I find the hardest thing about their performance would have to be the way they constantly tell us how good this series is etc etc .I wonder if this is part of the deal with AVESCO?

The son of Dan has returned from the other side. What tall tales and true do you bring?

Not bloody Moffat indeed.

You might hear something from someone who actually knows what they are talking about.

Hi There

My Email to channel seriously starts with:

I would like to congratulate you on your coverage of the V8 supercars.

But unfortunately I can’t....
