Early 2006 Anglesey test dates

Can anyone tell me if there are any early 2006 test dates available for FF1600 at Anglesey?

Particularily interested in mid to late February or early March.

Cheers

Try ringing Richard Peacock at the circuit.
Or you could wait until 25th March and have a cheap test day prior to the cheap race meeting on Sunday 26th March

I intend to do the 25th / 26th March anyway Diz.

I just fancy giving the car a shake down after the winter rebuild. Can you
perhaps post some available dates on here or PM me with them?

Cheers and Merry Xmas

Or as per your post perhaps it might be best if you could PM Richards number to me.
Thanks.:-)

What's happening in March, is it just SS races? I seem to remember some talk of an early season saloon race as well, would be fun.

Much the same as December Dom with the addition of Historic classes. Entry forms should be available after the Autosport Show, so get that Beemer prepped and ready.

Hope the meeting is well-supported. I won't be there for this one - Combe on the Saturday and Mallory on the Sunday!

Just why do those girls walk about the show without their vests and liberty bodice's on? They'll catch their death of cold. And you obviously don't know me that well Lee. The last time I bought anyone a pint it cost me 1s10d [one and ten pence]

Do you have some of the FF1600 provisional calenders then? Can we expect to see them on a certain web site soon?

Anyone know if Goodwood is still available for testing / shake downs? Drove my Alfas round there but not tried it in any FF. Nearer and used to be cheaper than Brands

Well, the Combe dates have been out for some time, and you can start to piece together the calendar for Midlands/South by looking at the dates of BRSCC meetings at Mallory... When we have them confirmed, we'll update the site.

Cool...

I'll see you there too Diz.

I'll be bringing my new Xmas present from the wife to try out at the show.
Does anyone know if Hubble is going to the show, I could do with a crash
course on how to use it. .....it's the 20D Phil.

Hi Lee

Happy New Year. I will be there on the 12th too, just trying to sort it out. Would gladly give you some pointers on the 20D, just bring your wallet

Will you guys be joining us in the proposed 10ths meetup on the 12th?

The bar in Hall 20 apparently at 1pm. I'm sure you can find that!

Possibly clashes with the Autosport contrib meeting (if you're invited!).

Honestly it's like the magic Bl**dy circle!!!!!!!

Keep trying! I do the same if I spot something interesting, well I ask them if they are interested, and occasionally they say yes.

Cheers Diz

Might be worth a shake down at Anglesey although I have now booked my pre season tests for Mallory on the 2nd March and Silverstone for the 10th. So I will be able to stay over and watch the Golden Helmet before going over to Mallory.

But if the car is back from the painters I will come down and run the car for 1/2 a day before stickering up.
