MGCC Brands Hatch

Many thanks to MGCC for another great days racing, and thanks too for the the rain holding off.

Thanks also to a great team of marshals who dealt with the aftermath of a lot of red mist very professionally and promptly.

See you again next year for a 2 dayer I believe.

Can I echo Clives thanks for a job done well done and in an extremely professionally manner.
The fact that the meeting ran to time, including a lunch break and was completed by 6.00pm was down solely to the Marshalling force, including the Circuit Staff and Breakdown Crews, and not forgetting the stirling work done by the regular Brands Hatch Race Control 'Hello' girls and Radio Controller.
Thank you for your dedication and support, you were all a credit to our cause.

Finally, just to say 'I told you so', the rain did stop by 10.00am, and I even got the day right!

I just want to say what a great day i had at Brands yesterday i wasn't Marshalling i was there with a racing team called Lunar Racing as part of the crew, Sorry i didnt get to see you again Clive but we were busy with the Blue ZS of theirs as it had a damaged lower rear suspension arm after the incident with the MGB at Cadwell we hadn't noticed it was slightly bent so spent several hours on that.

At least that was a LOT further than the very first incident, wasn't it?

I enjoyed my day on two, the two magnets worked quite well together. What not could be said for other things. *cough*
One complaint though, me on 2 and no donuts in sight.

Yep, with two magnets on post 2 we combined to throw the cars even harder at 3
