It doesn't really seem like Jordan are doing their 10th season in F1, but they are and to celebrate there's going to be a Jordan day at Donington on 3rd September. As well as displays from various Jordan cars there will be BOSS Formula, Classic Grand Prix cars and Thoroughbred Grand Prix.
Anyone think this one is worth a trip to Donington? |

I would reckon it's worth the trip, Jordan cars will be cool, and the BOSS formula has always impressed me.

Woohoo!
I was already eagerly awaiting the TGP - didn't know the BOSS series was there too! Hope Mike Gascoyne isn't let loose in the Jordan again (if they've finished fixing it yet!) Can't wait to see this... |

Now, now kiddiewinkles Phoning Donington would be a good idea, or I think they have online booking on their website, alternatively, hasn't there been a few full page ads in Autosprout.

Not bothering with the concert MF - sounds like an excuse for a load of drunken bums to get up on stage and make arses out of themselves... then again... maybe we'd fit in well

I'm sure we'd have no problems fitting in there, Craig!!
As for the day, I will not miss it. Not as long as the TGP will be on, or if I can see a car I really want to see on the track again: the original 7Up sponsored Jordans... I might just have to call Donington... |

I think you better had bloke...
The ad says the EJ10 will be driven (does that mean tonked around ?!) by Trulli and HHF (no Mike Gascoyne ?!) and some of Jordan's most famous cars of the past 10 years will be 'demonstrated' by guest drivers (De Cesaris ? Let's hope so!!) Get on the phone now bloke... 0115 912 912 4 Is Davo going ? |

Well, of the paying public, I for one will be there. I have a distinct feeling that the usual 'suspects' will be there for the ride as well...

Now now, I was going to pay for a ticket, but when a certain Eddie Jordan writes to you offering a free ticket, could I say no?
I think not. Not only do I get a free ticket but a free lunch too, oh yeah, and I get to meet EJ. I'm not gloating by the way |

My spanky yellow tickets arrived the other day.
And I ain't no 'usual suspect' - some of us bring a little bit of class to the track. |

And half of that 33 is made up of Tyrrells!!
Seriously, it's gonna be one helluva day - all those glorious old Grand Prix cars, on which the new ones are not a patch - imagine how many rolls of fim we can all go through!! Well, in my case, a few!! I hope you're going, Carrie, 'cos I need some backup... |

I just can't wait to feast my eyes on the Jordan pit bab--- I mean, the original, and best-looking (by a mile) Jorndan 191. The 7up sponsored car was one of the best painted and stickered Grand Prix cars that I can recall...
