british road racing ......
kirk mccarthy finished 2nd at the latest round of the british supersport championship, fellow aussie paul young was 3rd
 . the race was originally won by ex aus dirt tracker ace kim ashkenazi, but he was later disqualified for bike/mechanical reasons  , next time kim  1. mccarthy 151 2. llewellyn 122 3. harris 115 4. mcguinness 105 5. young 99 ----------------- 9. richards 44 in the superstock series there was 2 aussies on the podium again with glen richards and paul young finishing 2nd & 3rd respectively  1. young 157 2. jefferies 112 3. crockford 103 4=. mason 80 4=. richards 80 and, 15 year old casey stoner has won his 6th race of the season and extended his points lead 1. stoner 150 2. robinson 112 3. camier 102 |
