Racing Suite Zip Repairs
Guys (and Girls),
The zip on my 3 year old Sparco suite is phuq'd, does anyone have any contacts for where I might get it repaced. Regards Kevin P.S. before anyone calls me a cheapskate I have a new suite but I just like my old one. |

Along many highstreets there are small shops offering 'clothing repairs'. They replace zips and pockets, take in/let out jackets or trousers and other small tailoring jobs.
I'm sure that they have the sewing skills and equipment to replace a race suit zip. You might have to source Nomex thread and a suitable zip yourself, but no doubt such a shop has plenty of contacts in the trade to source them for you. John |

GPR sorted mine with somebody local to Silverstone. The zip was a genuine sparco item and the whole job cost me £50, so hardly a cheap skate.
