is this really the new Rebellion P1? or is it just the old P2 from last year?......the headlamps look a bit different, but I wouldn't have a clue to be honest!

I'd say the 'P2' sticker gives it away...

definetively a slightly modified 07. Didn't expect nothing really new actually due to lack of time.

It's too early in development I think, I reckon the car will change a lot between now and the pre season test.

Basically the two different bits aside from engine installation stuff are the front faces of the front and rear fenders, which is pretty much what you'd expect to adapt the car to different drag/downforce trim and tires without a major conceptual change or new crash structures. The BR1 shares a similar degree of similarity to the P2 Dallara except for the changes to the nosebox. (and that said the BR1's front fender profile is pretty similar to the Cadillac version anyways)

Aside from the new splitter and diveplanes, the rear brake ducts have been moved to the top of the sidepod and the exhaust now exits on the rear deck.
For comparison, on the 07, those openings are on the sides. The rear wing seems wider too as the endplates have to angle outwards to meet it. Whereas on the 07, the endplates are straight. |

I don't dislike the livery, but I had hoped the lovely metallic blue from last season's P2 would be retained......

I didn't notice the exhaust exits on the rear deck. That might make it sound a bit different from the P2s.
