RS200 on Ebay!
Have a look at this:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...&category=9844 A road going RS200 for sale - you've just got to wonder how 'fire damaged' it is - lightly toasted or burnt to a crisp? I guess the fibreglass would have burnt well! Last edited by BertMk2; 30 Jan 2004 at 10:05. |

I would have imagined thats it pretty charred for that price. Bit of a sketchy analysis of what you get too!!
I'll be keeping an eye on it to see what the guy gets. He deserves a custodial sentence for letting it catch fire!! |

There's a kit RS200 currently up for grabs on ebay now! Certainly a more financially viable way to get one on the drive!!!

Pretty well incinerated, I'd guess.

I was referring to this one!http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...category=29750
I think the other one has probably got a chap standing a couple of feet away from it, rubbing his chin and mumbling something like "now where do I start putting this back together again!?" |

There are pictures of the car on www.rs200.org it's complete and utter toast. I doubt if there is anything you could salvage apart from the all important VIN.
There have been a few kit built RS200's on ebay recently, I know it's the cheap option (and about the only realistic one for us mere mortals) but the kits I've seen are based on a Maestro or a Sierra!! Both of course are front engined which kind of ruins the whole thing (at least with the Sierra you can go 4 wheel drive turbo). There was a 6R4 on ebay too recently (last I saw it was at £18,500) |

Another RS200 on ebay! This one looks a good 'un too:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...483795854&rd=1 Slightly out of my price range unfortunately. |

Which one is better: a RS 200 kit car or Panther Solo?
