Sven Heidfeld

Hi All

I have just been reading through the results from 2000 German F3 races (as you do) and saw the name Sven Heidfeld. Having checked online I have established he is Nick's brother. But my German is really minamal, and I don't really understand the reviews, so anyone a Sven follower?

Cheers

i know he has had a couple of good f3 rounds over the last 2 years, but he doesnt seem to have any consistency for top results.... i would say he is ok if he is still a teenager how old is he?

Sven is 23, going to be 24 in next october. Rather old for the modern F-1 pattern. At the first racem he had a good start but spun graciously and went to the end of the field. Personally, I see no bright future for him (as I don't see for his overrated brother too)...

I think Nick is in the top 10 of F1 drivers, and I think he is underrated :-). It is good that we agree aster :-))). Really, he was not slower than Kimi, and is faster now than his teammate. Maybe I am wrong but he is more than an all right driver. His style lacks superb overtaking and moves, but he is very very consistent and is not making mistakes too often.
Cheers, Atti

Nick is a GREAT Driver ! I is a lot better than Massa and Kimi. He should have been the one to take the McLaren seat in 02.
Sven is a midfield player. I dont thing he is aiming to F1 anymore. Maybe a DTM future.

Problem is I think Sven's been doing F3 for several seasons. And you cant compare him to McNish since Allan was rated since pretty much day one
