Ferrari launch in February, but aren't they using the F2002 in the early rounds?

you can see a comic by Tris on "Off Camber" on the F1 Rogues site, It was about Ferraris secret weapon for the Malaysian GP, A Ferrari from the 70s-80s!
Talk about regression,especially in the early races
