A generous 6 because there was much fighting all the way from 3rd place to the back.
Circuit is definitely better for racing back now back to the older configuration. |

Like others - just didn't really engage with the race, despite a lot of overtakes.....not really sure why. Gave it a 6.

Ignoring Max who is racing in a different formula it was the most entertaining race of the year so far.Helped or caused by varying tyre strategies. Rating probably too high but that reflects my disappointment with most of the other races. |

Typical average Spanish GP. The race for the win was never even a race. But elsewhere there were some fairing interesting stuff. The last corner is an improvement on that stupid chicane.
Let's face it, we are very unlikely to get a really good race around here. 5 |

Not the best race and was too easy for Max. Thankfully we got a mixed up grid to generate interest and it was worth watching. Good for a GP round here. I give it a 7

Well, I liked it and gave it a 7. If you ignore Verstappen cruising around out front (and thankfully the TV cameras did) it was very entertaining, with some drivers making good progress, some not, and some having a snakes-and-ladders race.

I was thinking a 5 or a 6 and went for the 6 as it was good to be back on a 'proper' circuit.
Fernando was a bit of a mystery this weekend after all the hype leading up to the race. |
