Geva racing should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
The Le mans 1998 race could have been much better if only this teams showed guts or didn't fail scrutineering.

These cars didn't make the race:

1 Nissan Motorsport Nissan R390
"A top ten finisher, maybe a top six."

2 Parabolica McLare F1 GTR
"Looking at the GTC result one might wonder."

2 Zakspeed Porsche GT1 '98
"compare Fia GT results against those of the factory and you know this was the real top privateer, what a shame..."

1 Lister racing Lister Storm GTL
"In the UK they sometimes had the legs of the GTC Mclaren, so another what if.."

2 Millenium/Larbre Porsche 911 GT1 '97
"Qualifing would have been difficult but reliability should have been it's main asset."

One word for this: OUCH!!!!!!!!!

Oh right, that was 1999 with the Mercedes.

Every year is unique and every year you should be there.

All,

No offence intended, many years merge in one.
Goods years for us Brits are of course Jags / Astons/Bentleys winning of course !

Le Mans is as it say's an endurance race, the best wins. There is no excuse about rain / fog / heat / luck. Whoever has the best car/driver combo wins. Mother Nature takes care of all factors, which is why 1000's of fans trek there every year to see the underdog take on the best

Simon

Liz, Lauren Bacall also went to LM, how a'bout a preview in June 2001 of the Goodwood dress
