I think it would be better to hear how bad the car is.

Keeping my eyes peeled to gazzetta, but nothing of significance yet. Badoer put in the first installation laps, but the circuit is closed so no times are coming out yet

The main problem was with cold temperature I guess, since it was -8°C this morning!

61 laps in the cold with a best time of 1'22"210. No technical problems. The first test was judged a success. |

In the second picture here http://www.pitpass.com/fes_php/pitpa...s_art_id=23648
The car looks sooo great IMO. Sounds ok, but 5 seconds seems a country mile. Still there are reasons. |

I must say I am rather surprised that the F2005 lap times didn't completely blow away the F2004 record.
Rather lukewarm comments from Badoer; “This morning there was obviously some tension, which quickly lifted going out on the track, and seeing that everything is fine. After these initial laps I can say that we are satisfied.” Odd, that there has been no "ive been blown away", "this car is so good" etc. Last edited by Sodemo; 1 Mar 2005 at 23:27. |

According to www.gazzetta.it, they were so happy with the tests yesterday and today, that they cancelled the scheduled test for tomorrow. A total of over 500 km between the two days with no technical glitches whatsoever.
Badoer has thus far judged it as "better than the F2004M." |

There will be a reason, and it will be evil.
It will be the next milestone for The Evil Empire and Its Satanic Son, bringing them one step closer the fruiton of their Plan of Ultimate Evil and Corruption of Good and Innonence. Anyway, I would agree that it seems slightly strange, but perhaps they are going to switch to a focus on F2004M stuff due to the race getting closer? |

Adam, I think the poor weather at Mugello also has entered into the equation.

I think F2004M work would be somewhat pointless at this stage Dutton.

Indeed knowlesy it would, in terms of DIRECT wrok to the car or whatever.
I would've thought that there could be some worthwhile tyre testing that could be done, particularly in the context of having such a small amnount compared to Mich. Anyway, I agree and it wasn't really a serious suggestion - just speculation for the sake of it... :-p. |
