This only applies within the season, not before it. |

Ferrari broke an F1 test agreement on Tuesday, by amassing more than 50km of 'shakedown' mileage in GP week. Debuting the new 'F2005' model at freezing Mugello (Italy), Luca Badoer completed 317km -- 267 more than allowed. |

I summary of regulations introduced in 2000. "Except for a supervised shakedown test which is no longer than 50km, no team is allowed to test on any circuit in the seven days before a Grand Prix. " Not sure if Ferrari have broken the rules here however, becuase as KB said the rule may only apply within the season Last edited by davebreen; 2 Mar 2005 at 11:03. |

Crikey we are desparate to find something Ferrari has done wrong aren't we? I'm sure Ron Dennis would keep quiet if there was something wrong.
Let us get to the actual importance of the new Ferrari car, or generally an actual GP. |

It would help if you didn't post exclusively about it then, or actually found out whether they are or are not cheating by testing this week. Rather than pile in with accusations all the time. Why not write to the FIA pointing out this?
In addition this thread is about the new car, let it return to that. Some would rather talk about such things rather than throw accusations around. If they break testing rules (real ones) then please feel free to post a thread on it. Otherwise, keep on topic and stop pointlessly bashing. Last edited by Adam43; 2 Mar 2005 at 12:15. |

Rossi 46, i think you'd realise that people like AA probably knows ten-tenths more than you, and it isn't really too hard for a genius to figure your opinions after reading a few posts. We've seen many like you.
"Here we go, you criticise Ferrari so it is assumed your Ferrari bashing ". ..right..we all know |

Lets end the bickering. Remember if there is actually anything in this and we have a decent reason to believe so (a source, a quote from the rules, etc...) go for it and start a new thread. It'll be great for discussion - although if the sole reason is to get at a particular team, driver or person it won't make for good discussion as we all know.
