SJ Spode should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Predictions - Rally NZ

Will the new Ford have a winning debut?
Will Citroen continue their winning streak?
Will it be back to business as usual for Marcus?

The new fords will break.
Citroen will be quick (Loeb quickest).
Gronholm will either win or crash out.
Skoda and Hyundai will be nowhere.
At least one Subaru will break (but they'll be quick until they do).

Those predictions should guarantee a Ford, Skoda, Hyundai podium!

NZ is still McRae's favourite so he will be up there, Citroen seem to have the package well sorter. Obiously Martin is the unknown quantity but likewise I couldn't see Ford chancing the car if it wasn't spot on. Grondholm, Burns, Solberg, Sainz and maybe Gardemister to ruffel a few feathers. They might aswell throw caution to the wind with the Octavia now, and no better chap to do it. Wasn't Toni 3rd there before?

The roads are fast and fine, so, the winner is probably Finnish.

It is extremely dry and dusty at the moment, we haven't had any significant rain for a while

Solberg
Burns or Gronholm (delete as appropriate - deleted driver will crash through trying too hard)
Anyone's guess - i.e. everybody else.
