Trying to locate 1970s London racer John Cole
Between 1974 and 1976, John Cole raced a Chevron B21/23 in European sports car racing.
I understand that he was from London and at one stage his car "can be seen at Stapleton Motors, London N7". Does anyone remember him? Anyone know him? Anyone have any suggestions how I might get in touch with him? Mark Cole sometimes drove his car but I don't think was actually related.  Here he is in his green Chevron B19/21/23/26 at the Brands Hatch 1000 km in Sep 1974. Copyright Richard Bunyan 2009 . Used with permission. |

Dec 77 AS had Mark cole advertising a sports racer i recall he was down thruxton way

probably doesnt help at all, but didn't MARK COLE write for M.N and Autosport? I recall Mark did a story about me and Richard Long way back before ipods and colour TV. (I meant Richard long and I).
