Very good to hear that.
OT: It's a pity his tribute wasn't graciously accepted - some of the posts on that thread at that forum are quite appalling. |

They formed quite a small tight unit, he, Greg, Dario and Max in that last year-and-a-half. It's no wonder Tony remembered him, especially being Fontana and October.
So nice of you, Tony! |

Tony and Greg were very close and I think it was an exceptional tribute to Greg. I applaude Tony for even thinking about him in during all the celebration and hoopla.
GOOD ON YOU TONY! |

That other forum makes you proud of the high level of intelligent discussion we have here at ten-tenths.

I've never seen any other forum which can discuss Indy-style racing with any level of dignity and understanding. With a few exceptions, the people here accept that 'the other side' aren't all evil, and that different points of view should be considered.
Great stuff from Tony, as you say. Racing guys stick together regarding tragedies like that. Last edited by BootsOntheSide; 6 Oct 2004 at 13:39. |

I will be at Fontana on the 5th anniversary, just like I was there in 1999. Luckily this time I will be working the infield road course, so I do not have to worry about being posted to T2 as I was that year.
Isn't Tony the one who wears red boots in memory of Greg? keke |

I don't know about Tony. I know for a fact that Greg and Max Papis always wore red gloves...
