I cant believe it was pressure from the board of MB. If so they should all be arrested as they were putting many peoples lives at risk!

I remmember hearing that Adrian Newey (Mclaren Mercedes designer) was consulted on the issue on the friday night before the race and his response was something akin "i dunno i just design f1 cars"
 also didnt one of the high profile drivers put their foot down and claim they werent going to drive the car as it was undrivable.

I know this is Slightly Off topic but what happened to the Porchse that Fliped at Mid Ohio ????
does anyone know the causes of that etc etc ??? |
