the story goes that he actually surprised his manager when he decided to quit F1, who could not talk him out of his desire to drive the Peugeot.

If you want to have some "words" from Alexander Wurz, I have made an interview for Endurance-Info.com. The Austrian says he would like to have a full program in the future (LM + Le Mans).

He's one of us, lol!

He's going to be a PR dream for Peugeot.

Much like Wurz, I don't think that I will miss F1 much at all either.

Oh and it will be nice to see him back in sportcars. I've been a fan of his for many years and I think with his technical prowess and driving ability that he will have no trouble picking up where he left off. Great news!

Alex has enough money and support for his own team

I really don't care anymore. I may have said I didn't like him, but I laughed so hard at this...I forgot where I was.

He is obviously relaxed and comfortable with himself. Confident. It looks like he should be holding a glass of Dewars.

It looks it's official that Wurz will pair Lamy/Sarrazin on the 908 number 8 on next LMS round of Spa(11th may)

I can't wait for the "confrontation" with Villeneuve on the other car, before the great race of Le Mans itself

Looks a bit like XXL size suit. Aren't French people (Peugeot) supposed to be little bit more precise how they look like? (Not totally serious post, obviously)

Reminds about this:

"An astronaut suit is spotted at the Peugeot pit, this means Jacques Villeneuve is ready for his first stint." (some commentator on Speed Channel during Le Mans)

Not only does it look stupid, I've always heard that loose fitting driving suits are extremely uncomfortable once strapped into the seat.
