All the pro cars are so closely matched that the race has turned into a battle of pitstops. Its kinda ok but i cant help but wish there were more cars/more variety.

Gonna be some tears after the race, i can see it coming. Manthey Porsche are 8 seconds faster in the pitstops than WRT... WRT already have their trick wheel guns back..

Pretty depressing for everyone else that the #777 AMG & #75 AMG can go longer on fuel while smashing them to pieces on pace. BMW & Porsche fuel saving heavily too.

Used hand tool to adjust rear wing, but should have done it in the garage

I understand why they let #999 make the repairs while fuelling but it’s a bit of a nonsense when other teams haven’t been allowed to do that. Still I guess it’s only right since #999 has been the class of the field all weekend.

After all that Engel hits Gounon while passing and it’s a drive through penalty! Meanwhile the Manthey Porsche that was dead & buried 13 seconds behind and losing time is now just 5 seconds back on fresher tires. Bathurst… it always delivers.

Baffled tbh. The Mercedes is just unstoppable. It saves fuel while being faster than everything else. Doesn’t wear it’s tyres. Gounon drove an incredible last stint, remarkable performance. Engel almost got back after the drive through penalty.

Can’t believe the Porsche couldn’t get close enough for a chance to pass though. I guess dirty air is a bigger issue than we knew. Still a great race, you can’t ask for anything more.

Can only imagine what the party as Kenny Habul's property on Conrod Straight will be like tonight!

Great race, no late SC's to spoil it, in fact the longest green flag run of the day to the end and the top 3 were covered by 1.4 seconds after 12 hours and 2000klms racing.

Brilliant final stint by Gounon on old tyres v the #912 and #999 both on new rubber.

It ended a couple of hours ago, it's a 12-hour race.

And it was a good one! A few more laps would have been interesting, Engel would have got to second and had a real go at Gounon again if he has time.

Oh, wait a minute. Timezones is hard to begin with, and I was mentally still at Daytona. Yeah, 12h would have been passed now. Thanks.

These should still be available to watch.... from the Bathurst 12 hour website, split into two parts.
Geoblocked for me in Aus though!

I realize that as Australia is a long way from here in Europe, the hours must be longer as well, and a 12h race still going, 16 hours or so later...

I clearly had not had any coffee yet...

Thanks a lot for sharing! I think it's great when races are made available for those who didn't catch it when it was live. Appreciated.

There rarely seems to be a 2 hour extend highlights package for this. Watching the whole thing is too much, the usual 30 minute highlights feel like a crash video.

The Bathurst 12 hours has matured into a really great event, I like the fact there’s always a good turnout of local drivers, Supercars especially. I wonder how an IGTC event at Silverstone would go? I like the sound of a GT endurance event with British GT, BTCC and other international drivers competing.

Of course I didn't make it to the end here. Watched the final 2 hrs this morning and enjoyed it!

Thought Engel would bide his time but looked like he thought it had to get done before the tires equalized and took a shot. Just a massive mistake, that I'm happy didn't hurt the #75's chance. Watching Campbell push like mad was good fun too.

Obviously not encouraging that people defy the rules, but I have heard that it is possible to work around geo-blocks easily with a VPN plug in for your browser...

...absolutely brilliant that the whole race was made available via livestream. I failed in my bid to watch the entire thing, so it was great to be able to pick it up again Sunday morning and watch the end.
