Lehto, Panoz & Le Mans
Rumours section -notice RUMOURS- of leading Finnish motorsport magazine "Vauhdin Maailma" told that JJ Lehto didn't get permission from BMW to drive for Panoz in Le Mans. Panoz did wait quite long for desicion.
Any more info about this? Funny how Boris Said has permission... |

But Said drives for a Privateer BMW team, plus he already had his fingers in other pies as it was, driving a Panoz Esperante(well, it was supposed to be that, they're still using a Mustang until the new car is ready) in Trans-Am, so I don't the situations are analogous. Said, of course, won;t be driving le mans after all, but it did appear he had permission
