Again no Olli O'Donovan, whats the story there? Supercars and super modifieds very thin again so unfortunately not worth the trip.

The commentator at Lydden mentioned that Oli had decided to sit out the rest of the year after a few poor results earlier in the season had ruled him out of the championship.

I am guessing the fact he blew a couple of engines did not help with this years budget either.

Ah, I missed that. Did wonder why he had dropped the Supercars as he was bloody quick when the car was running well. Be nice to see him have a go at the GP.

Has anyone seen the full results for Pembrey? I believe Godfrey won the Supercars, Pat Doran in second and Horton took fifth?

Results are up;

1 Julian Godfrey (Ford Fiesta VI) 3m36.372s
2 Pat Doran (Citroën DS3) +1.6s
3 Andy Grant (Ford Focus) + 10.2s
4 Gary Pusey (Subaru Impreza) +4.6s
5 Simon Horton (Subaru Impreza) +0.2s
6 Greg Kalinecki (Lancia Delta Integrale) +19.8s

No offence to the others but their cars (more likely budgets) are unfortunately not at the same level as Julian and Pat.

Cheers Pozi, just saw the link for the story on the British Rallycross website on Facebook:

http://www.britishrallycross.com/?p=4026

I actually thought Greg Kalinecki was a typo on the entry list for the Supercars! Fair play to him for putting his car in harms way.

Yeah, agreed. Julian and Pats car are obviously a lot more expensive. Need the cars (and budget) of drivers like Scott, Procter or OOD to challenge them really.

Were there many Irish drivers over or did they run seperately as I thought this was round one of the Irish Championship?

I'm sure there are a few drivers who would like an explanation as to why there were no trophies for them on sunday.....

yeah I did think that was a bit unfair it was only btrda drivers that happened to. I dunno why they said that they have to wait till the end of year dinner and dance to receive them I can sort of understand that for championship winners but not race winners

It seems it was a clerical error. An apology has been given, and LHMC will make sure that all the drivers who should have received a trophy at Pembrey but didn't, will get them asap.

Is there a breakdown of all the results anywhere?
I know that most people are interested in the supercars but what happened in the other classes and the BTRDA.
How did you go silver bullet?
