Exposure compenastion when using a convertor
I know I lose an f stop when I attach a x1.4 convertor. What I don't know is how this achieved. I can see 3 possible methods :-
1 Camera and lens (EOS 10D with 300mm f4 L IS USM and Canon convertor know what I'm doing and compensate for themselves. 2 I take off a stop using the exposure compensation function. 3 I have to set the exposure manually. Anyone tell me what I need to do please ? |
