Two questions. Can a driver continue to race when he becomes a team co-owner? If Michael really buy into Sauber, can he also own shares at Ferrari? |

I would think he couldn't drive for one team, and be a co-owner of another in the same series. If there isn't a rule about that, then there should be.

It is told that this story was made up by a Brazilian journalist who had nothing to write about. He even made up the quots by Weber.
and what about Ferrari shares? I believe 90% is FIAT's and the other 10% is family owned (Piero Lardi Ferrari). So no Schumacher connection there. |

I'm sure at the moment, while he's active, TGF won't buy intop a team...but someday in the future I could imagine him as owner or co-owner.
But Sauber already is a partner of Ferrari....what would change?..lol. |

I can see TGF taking some sort of team management role when he retires from racing in F1, but I would have thought it'd be at Ferrari.

I think Schumacher's 'loyalty' to Ferrari is aimed at Ross Brawn and Jean Todd. And they won't be in the team forever, so when they are out, anything could happen.
But I do like the idea of Michael Schumacher being a team-owner or manager, thinking out strategies for the drivers. I think he could really make a difference in any team. |

I believe, the results Ferrari reached are not only because TGF's driver skills but also thanks his chasing constructors, tyre suppliers and mechanics. He has excellent management opportunities (better that Prost had)and his name would invest good sponsors to the team he would own or just run.
But I think it would be better for him to take a management chair in Ferrari at first, to develop himself in this way and only after it to buy a team. |

Loyalty? I think the only loyalty TGF knows is his contract...for there is written an astronomous high number...his salary!
But in the end I think he changed a little since he drives for Ferrari. He is more emotional and maybe he even feels real love for this team and the tifosi..or am I just naive? |
