toploader should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
will they clip the falcons wings??

I don`t think ford will get a fair crack at it.As soon as we get a couple of points ahead the Holden winge machine will go into overdrive and pay of who ever they have in the pocket to get the changes they need to get back to the front. So how long will it take.......

I give it three rounds. To start whingeing(sp?) any earlier would be pointless and also be really bad PR.

Paul MOrris has already started wingeing. In last weekends Sunday Mail there was a story about him saying the Commode teams are going to struggle because they have new engines, suspension, body shape and to develop whereas Ford only have body shape. Maybe he should talk to the Magna Future tourer team about how to set up a car with that body shape.

Ford also now have the Holden rear suspension pick up points to factor in as well as revised front points added to a new body
Holden have a new front, same body(save for tail lights)and an engine that they bleated for years to get and now are having a problems with.

Once Holden put new engine in car they can t revert back to old one so i guess they'll want to get it right before they use it.

its not a question of will but when, it will be a miracle if the ford is dominate that they wont penalise the fords by the half way point of the season
it is after all a holden must win at all cost championship

Rocket, I am as i have said a Holden Fan but i'm inclined to agree with you. They'll probably use the excuse as simple as we want to make them equal. Pity that didn't happen 5 years ago.

Hopefully the organisers will see sense and just clip the wings completely off both of them

Well it appears that in Auto Action today, both Holden and Ford have happily signed off on the new aero packages for both cars, so hopefully that will be the end of hearing about for a while!
