Anyway, it wasn't pretty and neither was the driver or his attitude to fair racing. |

Is there room in the "Paddock" for the West Tec Transporter, John? And bringing in "professional drivers" also seems like trophy grabbing subterfuge!!! See you saturday....I hope. |

Great Day
Just to say a big "thanks" to the organisers, officials and marshals for a great day. Shame I had to retire due to clutch problems ... already looking forward to next time though

Not yet, but perhaps there will be soon on the CTCRC web site at http://www.classictouringcars.com/.
Suffice it to say that the Team West-Tec F3000 Dallara's outpaced the rest of us, and they took the largest amount of paddock space with their transporter and support kit! Chris, Jedi 32. |

Single Seater Race 1.
1. Christian Ebbesrik - West Tec Dallara Spanish F3 - Fastest Lap of 36.24 2. Stuart Gough - Ditto - FL of 36.15 3. Neil Harrison - Monoposto Spec Dallara Opel- FL of 39.23 4. Richard Purcell - Modified Vauxhall Lotus - FL of 39.07 (9 starters) Race 2 - Don't have the result, sorry but the West Tec Dallaras wiped the floor with everybody as you'd expect. Race 3. 1. Christian Ebbesrik - FL of 36.09 2. Stuart Gough - FL of 36.72 3. Mike Kremzer - Vauxhall Lotus - FL of 40.58 4. Andy Yeomans - Vauxhall Lotus - FL of 42.24 (only 5 starters due to various tech maladies) All in all, an enjoyable day and practice and 2 x 15 min and 1 x 10 min race was good value for £110. An early finish, too. Try it, Lola. It would be good to get more people out. PS. Any chance of the Mods splitting out the single seater bit of this thread and putting it in the single seater section please? Not many people know about the Stowe races. |
